When you send the form on our contact page, we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give one, and your message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else.

The form is handled by Formigo (formigo.io), the service we use for forms. Along with what you type, it records your IP address and your browser's user agent so it can filter out spam. Your message reaches us by email from there.

We keep enquiries until you ask us to delete them. To ask, email hello@remedix.org and we will remove your message and everything recorded with it.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which logs standard server information including your IP address as part of delivering pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views. It uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It has no switch on this page.

We count visits with our own analytics, which runs on our own server under remedix.org. It does not run at all in browsers that send Do Not Track.

• What it records: the page you open and its title, the page that sent you here, your screen size and language, your browser, operating system and type of device, and your approximate location (country and city), worked out from your IP address.
• Your IP address: used to work out that location and to tell one visit from the next within a month, then discarded. It is not stored.
• What it does not do: it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, builds no profile of you, does not follow you across other sites, and shares nothing with anyone.
• How long we keep it: the records stay on our server for as long as we run the analytics. Nothing deletes them automatically.

You can switch it off for this browser. That saves one choice in the browser's local storage, and nothing else.
